As a fourth-generation member of a family operated business Aaron has worked for over 20 years in all areas of the enterprise. At Ozinga Ventures Aaron is responsible for extending the families strategic vision of learning, service, and entrepreneurship into new investments that push those boundaries. He serves on several non for-profit boards and is an alumnus of Trinity Christian College with a BSBA in Entrepreneurship.
Josh joined Ozinga in 2016 as the CFO for Ozinga Materials & Logistics, after spending 15+ years in several Commercial Banking and Finance roles.
At Ozinga Ventures, Josh is involved in investment sourcing and management as well as supporting Aaron Ozinga with the overall strategy.
Josh holds an MBA from Purdue University, a BS in Economics and Finance from Olivet Nazarene University and is a licensed CPA in Illinois.
Carrie joined Ozinga in 2019 supporting Ozinga Materials & Logistics. At Ozinga Ventures, Carrie is involved in due diligence and supporting the existing portfolio companies. Carrie holds an MBA from Lewis University and completed her undergrad at Eastern Illinois University.
